HD Hyundai Affiliates Join Forces for the Advancement of Autonomous Navigation Technology: Avikus and HD Hyundai ENT Sign Strategic MOU
July 1, 2025 – Seoul, South Korea – HD Hyundai affiliates have joined hands to promote the adoption and expansion of autonomous navigation technology.
On July 1st, Avikus and HD Hyundai ENT signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Avikus headquarters in Seoul to advance the development of autonomous navigation technology.
Key executives, including Dohyeong Lim, CEO of Avikus, and Mansub Lee, CEO of HD Hyundai ENT, attended the signing ceremony. Both parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in two key areas:
- Application and operation of HiNAS products on actual vessels
- Comprehensive engineering collaboration across all domains related to autonomous navigation technology.
In particular, the two companies plan to leverage each other’s human resources and infrastructure to contribute to the advancement of autonomous navigation technology, one of HD Hyundai Group’s key future growth drivers.
Dohyeong Lim, CEO of Avikus, stated,
